How much does it cost?
Home and family help is paid with tokens, and every job is quoted up front with no travel fees. Business help is quoted in dollars. See what things cost or business pricing.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens never expire. You can also use them for a visit you book for a parent or loved one.
Where do you come to my home?
I'm based in South St. Paul and make home visits across the St. Paul area: South St. Paul, West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, St. Paul and nearby. No travel fees. Video and phone help work anywhere.
Can my son or daughter book for me?
Yes. Family is welcome to book for you and to join the visit, in person, by phone or by video.
I'm not very good with technology. Is that okay?
Yes. Plenty of the people I help say the same thing. We take it one step at a time, and you get written notes to keep.
Is it safe to let someone into my home?
Visits are by appointment only, so I never show up unannounced. We set the day and time together first. A family member or friend is welcome to sit in, and I'm happy to share references.
What if I can't describe what's wrong?
That's okay. Just say it's acting weird. Figuring it out is my job.
What if a visit runs long or finishes early?
I always ask before using another token, and each extra hour is 1 token only if you say yes. Finishing early never costs extra.
Do you help small businesses?
Yes. Business tech and AI help is billed by the hour in dollars, not tokens. Start with a free 15-minute consult by video, phone or text. Projects are quoted up front, and I reply within 1 business day. Invoices with net terms and pay-over-time options (subject to approval) are available for larger projects. See business prices.
